A cracked pane, a ball through a window, a door glass that's shattered: we repair all types of broken glass, from a small cottage pane to a large shop window. We hold a wide stock of glass at our Alpin Road workshop, so most repairs are done within 24 hours.

If the glass is broken now
- Keep children and pets away from the area.
- Don't pull loose glass out of the frame by hand. Wear thick gloves if you have to move pieces.
- Take a photo of the damage for your insurer before it's cleared up.
- If the property can't be secured, call us on the number above and tell us.
Safety glass rules
Glass in doors, side panels and low-level windows usually has to be safety glass (toughened or laminated). If the old pane wasn't, we'll replace it with the right glass and explain why.

How fast can you repair a broken window?
Most glass repairs are completed within 24 hours. Double glazed units have to be made to measure, so they take a little longer. We can make the window safe in the meantime.
Will my insurance cover it?
Many home insurance policies cover accidental glass breakage. Take photos before clearing up and ask us for a written quote to send to your insurer.
Do you repair glass in furniture?
Yes. We cut replacement glass for tables, cabinets and shelves. Bring the old piece or its measurements to the workshop.
